Great Impressions, DLI's personalized e-news service for member cleaners, is the source of the content that editors are receiving. One month after the newsletters are sent to the customers of subscribing cleaners some of the news is taken and passed along to the executive directors of all the state associations that are affiliated with DLI. They then share the information with their local news contacts.
DLI’s Acting CEO Mary Scalco said the program was designed to win the hearts and minds of professionals. "The plan is to reinforce the important role our industry plays in shaping the way professionals look," said DLI's Acting CEO Mary Scalco. "The newsletters are written with the consumer in mind and they focus on promoting the importance of utilizing professional cleaning services."
