Michael Euliss

Michael Euliss is the Director of Marketing and Customer Training for PhoneTree, a company providing voice and e-messaging systems for businesses. Euliss also provides leadership and supervisory training to hundreds of governmental, church, corporate, medical, and civic groups. As a Senior Associate with the Gallagher-Westfall Group, Inc. he understands economic issues impacting small business.

Lenny Gershater serves as Vice President of Sales for DCCS. Prior to joining DCCS he had worked for major technology firms, then went on to own and operate dry cleaning stores in New York. His unique background enables him to communicate software solutions in a non-technical and unassuming way.

Mark Jones is SPOT Business Systems Vice President of Technology, where he oversees the development and deployment of SPOTs webbased hosting systems and internal information technology infrastructure. Prior to joining SPOT he founded Solutions By Computer, an advanced technology consulting firm based in Salt Lake City.

Chad Boucher

Chad Boucher grew up in the industry. In addition to managing Wesvic Systems with his brother he purchased the family cleaning business from his parents in 2000. Chad developed the PieceCounter with his brother Craig. The PieceCounter motivates pressers by giving them real-time performance feedback at their pressing station.

Mitch Stringer is the Managing Partner of Select Benefits Communications Group in Towson, Maryland, a firm specializing in the design, communications, enrollment, and administration of voluntary insurance benefits at the workplace. The firm has more than 300 group clients and more than 10,000 active policies.

Peter Saucier

Peter Saucier is a partner at the law firm of Kollman & Saucier, where his practice is concentrated primarily on representing management with regard to labor and employment matters. Saucier earned his J.D. degree at the University of Baltimores law school.

Carol Memberg

For 15 years Carol Memberg has run the Pennsylvania & Delaware Cleaners Association. As owner of BPS Communications, Memberg is better known nationally as the Publisher of National Clothesline. Her birds-eye view of the industry gives Memberg an in-depth understanding of the big issues facing drycleaners.

Bill Fisher

Bill Fisher is Chief Executive Officer of the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute. Fisher is responsible for directing all Institute operations, including DLIs work on legislative and regulatory issues, research, marketing, membership, communications, education, and textile analysis activities.

John Tipps

|
John Tipps founded Clean Concepts in 1998. Prior to that he worked for Boew-Permac and he owned his own equipment distribution company. I have always enjoyed equipment layouts, production, and workflow and have sold numerous new plants and have done quite a few existing plant makeovers, he said. |
Sid Tuchman

|
Sid Tuchman is the President and founder of Tuchman Training Systems. Prior to founding Tuchman Training Systems, Tuchman ran Tuchman Cleaners, a 32-store chain covering five states. He also co-founded Apparelmaster, an international uniform rental company. Tuchman currently operates two management bureaus for small and large dry cleaners.
